The cable length from the headset to your device is 175cm. You can move around your desk freely. The cloth clip helps to fix the cable in your front. The landline headset cord is made with Kevlar fiber to protect against office chair wheels, and sharp objects and for daily use.
The call center headset with QD(quick disconnect) connection enables you to place a call on hold by simply disconnecting the headset at the QD end. It allows you to walk away from the call without having to remove the headset.

How could I make an order for Mairdi products?
You can register an account and shop on the official website. Of course, an account has various advantages such as faster checkout process for future purchases and clear record of pending or completed orders.
Why was the deducted amount more than the agreed order amount?
Possible reasons for the exceeded amount are:
1. Exchange rate has changed.
2. Commission fee is taken by your bank or card company.
3. Your bank converts the currency for you to proceed with the payment. For instance, your card only supports USD transactions while the order should be paid in RUB. As a result, extra funds may be required for the conversion.
To figure it out, you may contact the bank to check the transaction details.
What payment methods are supported?

When will my order ship?
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information when we have fulfilled your order. Shipping generally takes 7-10 business days for different countries and regions. For orders with a shipping address in the US, UK, CA, or DE, you will enjoy 2-3 day delivery. What is your return policy?
Mairdi offers a 45 days return guarantee for all orders placed on our website. Which you must return it to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.
Mairdi does not refund purchases from other retailers.
Which items couldn't be returned or refunded?
We gladly accept returns within 45 days timeframe since their delivery date. For the items that couldn't be returned, please check below:

2) Used, worn, soiled, or altered items
3) It does not cover loss or theft
Should I pay the shipping fee if I return the items?
When your refund is complete, we'll email you right away and let you know. Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. so the return shipping fee would be made at your own cost. Mairdi does not refund duties or taxes.
