How is the wearing feeling of mairdi headset?

The mairdi communication headset feature an adjustable headband to fit different head sizes, and the earcups are made from synthetic protein leather to ensure environmental awareness and rotate 180 degrees for an ergonomic design that ensures all-day comfort.

Does mairdi headsets provide hearing protection?

Yes. The RJ11 headset is built in with hearing protection circuit to detect sudden loud sounds, preventing any damage to the user's ears. This feature ensures all sounds are heard at a consistent and safe volume.

What is quick disconnect(QD) cable?

It enables you to choose the headset style you want, and then choose the device connector type you need, such as a modular connector for desk phones or a USB or dual 2.5mm connector for computers. The Mairdi Quick Disconnect (QD) is a proprietary connector featured on (QD) series headsets. A QD connection also enables you to place a call on hold by simply disconnecting the headset at the QD during a call. It enables you to walk away from the telephone without having to remove the headset.

Why is mairdi headset not working?

Dust, lint and dirt are often the culprits, so check the connection between the jack and the headphones, and clean the jack if necessary, using a cotton swab damped with some rubbing alcohol, or use a can of compressed air. Plug the headphones back in and see if they work.

Why is my headset suddenly not working?

Check your audio jack for a bad contact. Check your cables for damage. Even if you don't see any physical damage, the headphones may be damaged. If you have another device connected to the headphones, try using that device for testing.

Why are my Bluetooth headphones connected but not working?

Other Bluetooth devices or electronics can sometimes interfere with Bluetooth connections. Try turning off other devices or moving to a different location to see if that helps. Follow your earbuds' manual for instructions on how to reset them. This usually requires holding the button down for a while.

Why is my headset connected but no sound?

Check the volume level and connection of your headsets and audio source. If your headphones connect via Bluetooth, ensure that the headsets and your audio source are paired and connected properly. If you are using a computer, make sure your headset is selected as the playback device in your audio settings.


Do I need to create an account to place an online order?

No, you can place an order directly without creating an account. However, an account has various advantages such as faster checkout process for future purchases and clear record of pending or completed orders.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

You can only cancel/change your order up to one hour after the order is placed. Once we have shipped your package, you may simply return the items you unwanted by following our Return Instructions.

What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?

Our order confirmation email is sent out automatically by our ordering system. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation email and you are certain that you entered a valid email address during checkout, you may want to check your SPAM mailbox first.

How do I check my order status?

You can also check it from the shipment details email we send you when items you ordered have been shipped.

Why was my order canceled?

We are sorry that if your order was canceled it's likely that the item you purchased is currently out of stock. Please feel assured that you will not been charged for this order.


What shipping methods do you offer?

Standard shipping (3-5 Business Days) and Expedited shipping (1-3 Business Days) are now available. Meanwhile, we provide Free Expedited Shipping for orders over $150.

When will my order ship?

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information when we have fulfilled your order. Shipping generally takes 7-10 business days for different countries and regions. For orders with a shipping address in the US, UK, CA, or DE, you will enjoy 2-3 day delivery. How do I track my package?

My order was delivered with only some of my items, what do I do?

We may have shipped your order separately as the goods are in different warehouses, please check the status of each package in the shipping details email we send to you.

If you do not receive all the items, please contact support@mairdi.com with your order ID and the missing items, we'll be in touch in 24 hours and resolve your matter.

What should I do if I never received my order?

Generally, we need 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. Once we have fulfilled your items, shipment details with tracking numbers will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive the email, please verify your email address and shipping details were correct.

Can I have my order redirected to a different address?(shipped)

We are sorry that we can only change your order address while the order is not shipped. Once we have shipped your package, you may simply return the items you unwanted by following our Return Instructions.

What is your return policy?

Mairdi offers a 45 days return guarantee for all orders placed on our website. Which you must return it to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.

Mairdi does not refund purchases from other retailers.

To start your return, please contact support@mairdi.com with your order ID and the product name(you can find this in your confirmation email) of the items you would like to return.

Which items couldn't be returned or refunded?

We gladly accept returns within 45 days timeframe since their delivery date. For the items that couldn't be returned, please check below:

2) Used, worn, soiled, or altered items

Should I pay the shipping fee if I return the items?

When your refund is complete, we'll email you right away and let you know. Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. so the return shipping fee would be made at your own cost. Mairdi does not refund duties or taxes.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the return package and determine that it's eligible for a refund, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund. The refund for returned items will be issued to your original form of payment within 10 business days

Mairdi offers a 90-day exchange program for US UK and Canada customers that allows for the exchange of colors and sizes, regardless of where the headphones were purchased, as long as the purchase has been within the past 90 days.

To begin the exchange process, contact our Customer Support Team. They’ll provide you with a prepaid USPS or Canada Post shipping label to return your headphones. Once we receive them, we’ll send the exchange.

What is your upgrade program?

Mairdi offers a 90-day upgrade program for US UK and Canada customers that allows for customers to pay the difference to upgrade to another model, regardless of where the headphones were purchased, as long as the purchase has been within the past 90 days.

To begin the upgrade process, contact our Customer Support Team. They’ll provide you with a prepaid USPS or Canada Post shipping label to return your headphones.
