Return Policy

What is your return policy?
Mairdi offers a 45 days return guarantee for all orders placed on our website. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your headphones, we’ll email you a prepaid USPS shipping label and you can return them for a full refund. Which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Mairdi cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. (Initial shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii will not be refunded.)

Mairdi does not refund purchases from other retailers.

How to Request a Return?
Please reach out to our customer support team for assistance with your return at support@mairdi.com.

How to Mail Back an Online Return?
Contact support@mairdi.com and let them know your order number and the items you wish to return.
Mairdi Customer Support team will send you the return address and other shipping instruction.
Drop off your package at the shipping carrier's location,and infrom support@mairdi.com the tracking number.
Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. When your return is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know. We check that the return package is intact, and a refund will be completed within 3 days.
Please note: If you’re returning multiple items, include all items in one box (even if some of them arrived in separate shipments or boxes). And customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items

When your refund is complete, we'll email you right away and let you know. Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. So the return shipping fee would be made at your own cost. Mairdi does not refund duties or taxes.

Mairdi offers a 90-day exchange program for US UK and Canada customers that allows for the exchange of colors and sizes, regardless of where the headphones were purchased, as long as the purchase has been within the past 90 days.

To begin the exchange process, contact our Customer Support Team. They’ll provide you with a prepaid USPS or Canada Post shipping label to return your headphones. Once we receive them, we’ll send the exchange.

Upgrade Program

What is your upgrade program?
Mairdi offers a 90-day upgrade program for US UK and Canada customers that allows for customers to pay the difference to upgrade to another model, regardless of where the headphones were purchased, as long as the purchase has been within the past 90 days.

To begin the upgrade process, contact our Customer Support Team. They’ll provide you with a prepaid USPS or Canada Post shipping label to return your headphones. Once we receive them, we’ll email you a discount code that will allow you to purchase the upgraded model on mairdi.shop for the difference in price.
