Refund Policy

What is your refund policy?
Mairdi offers a 45-day-money-back guarantee for all orders placed on our website. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your headphones, we’ll email you a prepaid USPS shipping label and you can return them for a full refund. (Initial shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii will not be refunded.)

Mairdi does not refund purchases from other retailers.

Please contact our Customer Support Team for information on returning a product purchased at an event.


How to Request a Return?
Please reach out to our customer support team for assistance with your return at support@mairdi.com.

How to Mail Back an Online Return?
Contact support@mairdi.com and let them know your order number and the items you wish to return.
Mairdi Customer Support team will send you the return address and other shipping instructions.
Drop off your package at the shipping carrier's location, and inform support@mairdi.com of the tracking number.
Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. When your return is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know. We check that the return package is intact, and a refund will be completed within 3 days.
Please note: If you’re returning multiple items, including all items in one box (even if some of them arrived in separate shipments or packages). And customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items

When your refund is complete, we'll email you right away and let you know. Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Mairdi does not refund duties or taxes.


Online Return Refund & Processing?
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment you made on mairdi.shop
Once we receive your return package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
